Chapter Recruitment
Sorority recruitment is a wonderful way to get to more involved on campus and meet new women. At Colgate University, sorority recruitment takes place each fall semester after the Add/Drop period to ensure all women have their academic affairs in order prior to the official start of recruitment. All potential new members must be matriculated students at Colgate with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above in order to participate in recruitment. Additionally, potential new members must have no more than one probationary period on their record in order to be eligible. Any woman who meets the criteria, with the exception of first year women, is eligible for participation in formal recruitment.
The Zeta Rho chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma has fostered a tradition of leadership, friendship, and trust among its members. We promote the growth of each sister individually while supporting one another in our sisterhood. The Panhellenic Council at Colgate organizes a sorority interest week each spring to encourage potential new members to explore the three different houses on campus and decide if joining a sorority is something of interest to them. Zeta Rho welcomes all women to consider registering for recruitment and we look forward to meeting all those who do!
