Sisterhood

Zeta Rho and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity value sisterhood as the key to creating deep and lasting bonds. Each sister provides not only friendship but support for her fellow kappas.

Sisterhood is a daily part of Zeta Rho, whether it's simple things like sharing a house and meals or our planned sisterhood events. Our sisterhood committee plans wonderful events like Zeta Rheads, (K)apple Picking, and Kappa Karaoke. These events provide a fun break from our busy workload and are a great way to bond with our fun-loving sisters.

Each sister contributes to improving our chapter every day both through fraternity efforts and campus-wide involvement. We promote involvement in our chapter by conducting weekly meetings, supporting other organizations on campus, and frequently hosting sisterhood and education events for our members. Our efforts to foster a strong community were recognized and in 2013 we were awarded Most Improved Chapter at the Alpha/Rho Province Meeting in Hartford, Connecticut. Our love for our chapter was recognized again in Spring 2014, when we were voted outstanding chapter of the year out of all nine greek organizations at Colgate University.
